Television was the worst possible thing to happen to the Amateur Radio Service. My comrades and I
in the Amateur Radio Service licensed by the Federal Communication Commission providing multilevel humanitarian civic service only have the reputation of causing Television Interference and any other type of interference as soon as the neighborhood learned we had arrived. The device pictured to the right was one of our first attempts to coexist when manufactures were designing Television trash that had no selectivity i.e. the problem was with the television manufacturers (to a great extent).
