This section describes
some of the A-Line transmitters, or at least Transmitters that
went with the A-Line receivers. A complete list would include
the KW-1, 30K-1, KWS-1, 32V-1,
32V-2 and 32V-3. These pages are focused on the KWS-1 and the
32V-3 because that is what I own. The KW-1 in the collectors
market will sell for $20K to 25K and the 30K-1 is selling for
$6K-$10K for the lucky collector that is presented with the opportunity
to purchase (08/00). The majority of the A-Line operating stations
included the KWS-1 or the 32V series transmitters. The KWS-1 came
after the 32V series and includes the SSB (single sideband) feature.
