The 312B-5 Station Console includes all of the features of the 312B-4 and additionally includes a seperate Variable Frequency Oscillator (VFO). This unit was designed to give the KWM-2 and KWM-2A split capability. Note the additional interconnect cable. This cable is designed to plug into J17 on the KWM-2 and 2A units. This plug is a standard 9 pin miniature tube type plug and socket. All other connections are similar to the 312B-4 Station Console.

These units are rare and typically sell for more than three times the 312B-4 in the collectors market ($800 08/00) They are a really nice addition to the KWM2 and 2A stations.
